Licking County Traffic Ticket Lookup

Licking County traffic ticket records are maintained by Clerk Olivia Parkinson and the Licking County Municipal Court. The county recently migrated to a new case management system in June 2025, which changed how records are viewed, payments are made, and documents get filed electronically. The clerk's office spans five locations across the county, and traffic cases are handled by the municipal court under Judges David N. Stansbury and B. Matthew George. Whether you need to pay a fine, search for a case, or get copies of court documents, the clerk's office and court provide multiple ways to access records.

Licking County Clerk of Courts

Clerk Olivia Parkinson oversees the Common Pleas Clerk of Courts office. The office has three divisions. The General Division at the main courthouse handles civil and criminal cases, tax liens, judgments, and civil anti-stalking orders. The Domestic Division at 75 E. Main Street in Newark covers family law matters. The Title Division operates from three separate offices in Newark, Pataskala, and New Albany.

In June 2025, the office rolled out a new case management system. This brought new platforms for viewing court records, paying court costs, and e-filing. If you used the old system, the process looks different now. The Licking County Clerk of Courts website has links to the updated tools.
