The court has its own clerk who processes fines and keeps case files. Holmes County's roads see a mix of local traffic and visitors heading to the Amish Country tourist areas. Speed limits can change quickly on the state routes running through the county, and that leads to a steady stream of speeding tickets.

If you cannot find your case online, check with the village where the stop happened. The citation itself should list the court name and address.
