Jackson Municipal Court

The Jackson Municipal Court handles most traffic tickets in the county. This court covers traffic violations, misdemeanor cases, and civil claims. Jackson County Traffic Points

Ohio's point system applies to every traffic conviction in Jackson County. The Ohio BMV adds points under ORC Section 4510.036. Two points for most moving violations like speeding.
