Napoleon Municipal Court

The Napoleon Municipal Court handles most traffic tickets issued in Henry County. This court covers traffic violations, misdemeanor cases, and civil claims. If you got a ticket within Napoleon city limits or in the surrounding areas of Henry County, your case likely goes through this court. The court has its own clerk who processes traffic fines and keeps case records.

Mayor's Courts in smaller villages throughout Henry County also handle some minor traffic violations. These are not courts of record, so their records may not show up in the CourtView system. If you cannot find your case online, check with the village where the ticket was issued to see if it went to a Mayor's Court instead of the municipal court.
